Great breakfast, delicious homemade food, and welcoming hosts. the view from the room was amazing, and the room had plenty of space. the guesthouse was located within walking distance of the old town, and it was a beautiful area.
It was difficult to find, as there were no signs for the guesthouse. the room was up four flights of stairs which was a challenge, especially for those carrying heavy bags.

We loved staying at this guesthouse! The hosts were cute and helpful, providing transportation from the airport and offering us fresh fruit upon arrival. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a beautiful balcony view. The location was also perfect for us, as it was close to many of the city's main attractions and located on top of a hill for fine views. Lastly, the breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of homemade dishes, a true feast!
No complaints. The stay was perfect and we highly recommend this hotel.

Located within walking distance of major Tbilisi attractions such as a beautiful cathedral and the center of the city. Plus, the rooms offer spectacular views of the city. the hosts are incredibly accommodating and offer homemade breakfasts. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.
The common areas may still be undergoing renovations causing some disturbances during the day.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location on top of the hill provided breathtaking views of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent room service. The hotel offered a variety of services like car hire, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. We were also impressed by the beautiful terrace and garden, where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. this place exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
